How it works

Connections configuration:

The Vaccu unit provides an economical solution for improving the casting process, operating with just one or two signals. It is fully upgradable, allowing you to replace any component at any time. The cyclone filter is designed for easy and quick cleaning.

The unit is compatible with both Chillvent and mechanical valves, offering flexibility for your needs.

All controllers—Connect, Run+, and Run—can be used with the unit, providing versatile control options.

Compatible applications with the Vacuu system:

  • Hot and cold-chamber DCM
  • From 100 to 6000 tons of closing force DCM
  • Aluminium and zamak die casting
  • The Vacuu system can be connected to almost all kind of existing chillvent and valve in the market

Fully adaptative and upgradable unit

  • Three types of controllers: Connect, Run+, and Run. Choose the one that fits your needs, with the flexibility to switch between them easily, ensuring full compatibility.

  • Start simple: Begin with a single channel box and one Chillvent unit. You can easily expand by adding valves, channel boxes, and any other components you need as your system grows.

  • Customizable setup: Use your own valve, tank, and pump. We can provide the controller connected to the channel box to effectively manage the vacuum process.

The controller concept

Three Controllers:

  • Connect: Offers full control of the vacuum process, seamless data exchange, and easy process programming for advanced operations.

  • Run+ and Run: Provide a cost-effective and straightforward solution for vacuum processes. They display live vacuum values and offer basic manual functions.

  • Flexibility: All controllers can be easily switched between each other and are capable of controlling up to 4 vacuum channels.

The canal box concept

-The canal box is controlled by the controller (the run, the run+ or the connect). It opens and close the vacuum, controls the valve and more. The canal box 1 has two connectors, one for the die and one for the tank, you can use up to 4 channel boxes.

-One canal box can control many valves or chill blocs according to the vacuum sections.
